Level 1 - CARHA Learn to Play Ladies Hockey Program
Ladies …have you wanted to play Canada’s game but thought that you missed out because you didn’t play as a kid? It’s never too late to start! Join in the fun in this non-competitive and social workout with qualified instruction and other ladies just like you wanting to learn basic skating and hockey skills as well as more about the game. Included in the fee is CARHA curriculum and personal insurance. Full equipment is required. This program is at the Alex arena and is for women only.
