Are you a hockey mom?
I am the publisher of UrbanMommies Magazine and am running a very short survey for soccer and hockey moms. We have a strong belief in helping families across Canada participate in sporting programs and encourage kids to be as active as they can. Every parent who answers the 10 questions will receive new product samples - Dempsters breads, POM juice, etc. The coupons and products would be sent to them directly. I thought it could help your participants save a bit of money in the coming months. We are not asking for anything in return except opinions on whether the free products they are sent are helpful. We are also giving away a pair of Hunter Wellies.
