Live the Dream!: Determining the Level of Seriousness in Adult Rec Hockey

People say that I’m a bit crazy to coach women’s hockey. Well I must be double crazy since I have two teams I’m coaching this summer. They are both in the recreational league; one is in intermediate and the other in advance. It keeps me busy for sure between the games and practices. Usually in the summer, they don’t do practices but the ladies wanted to make sure to use this summer to increase their skills both as individuals and as a team.
