Fitquest Hockey Reconditioning Programs
Fitquest has a team of professionals that work daily with elite, amateur as well as “sport active” adult hockey players. Their certified kinesiologists have been highly trained to design and implement these satellite / take home programs. These programs are designed so that they fit your individual needs and you may perform the program at your facility of choice (Home, gym, other).
