I would like to nominate Hamlet of Pond Inlet staff for creating an outdoor hockey rink in Pond Inlet Nunavut.

Kids in Pond Inlet have a passion for hockey, and you can see them playing 24/7. Kids will play in dark season, -40 weather, day and night

The Hamlet staff will team up to clear the snow, and the firefighters will flood the area. It’s a great group effort. This outdoor rink allows kids the freedom to play and skate whenever they want to. It’s fun and safe way to become better hockey players and make friends.
