We are a competitive Senior women's hockey team that play in the National Capital Women's Hockey League. We have games once a week and practice roughly once a month Sunday evenings at Nepean Sportsplex. Our credo is to play competitive clean hockey in a fun environment. Tryouts are typically middle to end of September.
